Welcome to Öberg & Heijne
Öberg & Heijne Advokatbyrå founded in the 1920s, specialises in Swedish and international commercial law and family law. The firm counsels small and medium-sized companies as well as central and local government, municipal companies, banks, insurers, other financial institutions and private individuals. There are currently fifteen employees at the firm’s office near Humlegården in Stockholm, and two employees at the firm’s office in Eskilstuna.
Our fundamental idea is that commercial law and family law are inseparable. For that reason, our focus is on meeting our clients’ needs for qualified and available legal competence in both these areas of law. By competence, however, we understand more than just knowledge of the law. That is why Öberg & Heije lawyers possess and continuously develop other qualifications such as foreign languages, business thinking and good negotiating skills.
